Plant 01 - MKZ Fireclay Factory

Plant 01 - MKZ Fireclay Factory located in Rájec-Jestø™ebí in South-Moravian Region produces and sells fireclay products and thermo-insulating shaped products PERIL. These products are used mainly in foundries, stove-building, building industry and also in manufacturing of industrial furnaces.Fireclay products include three production branches: fireclay bricks for building industry, stove fireclay and casting fireclay.Fireclay products for foundries (casting fireclay) are used in gating systems for metal casting. Stove fireclay manufactured from both plastic mass and crumble mass are used as construction and non-construction linings of fireplaces, chimney-places and caldrons. Fireclay bricks and lightened thermo-insulating bricks are manufacture in two qualities: basic quality for used in temperatures not exceeding 1200° C and also in higher quality for use in very high temperatures up to 1730 ° C. Special branche production line is manufacturing of heating elements - special fireclay shaped products with pressed-in electrical heating spiral - used as parts of ecological radiators for heating in habitable rooms

Plant 02 - MKZ Refractory Masses is divided into 2 branches:

Branch Rájec-Jestø™ebí
This branch focuses mainly on the production of gunning and ramming masses for blast furnaces, including masses and accessories for foundries.

Branch Svitavy
This branch produces mainly graphite products (stoppers and nozzles, crucibles, monoblock stoppers, ladle bowls, pyrometric tubes) and heat-insulating moulded blocks IZOSPAR mainly for foundry industry.

Plant 03 - Keravit is located in Ostrava-Vítkovice, in Moravian-Silesian  Region. It is a traditional refractory ceramic materials producer having been delivering to the below mentioned industry sectors since 1831. This plant is European leader in production of high alumina gating systems for ingot steel casting. Plant is also producer of wide range other refractories.

Plant 04 - Reframo is located in Kadaòˆ, in Ústecký region. Factory is continuing more than 120 years tradition of high quality refractories production. Production portfolio consists of gating system assumed from RATH AG company, fireclay shapes and cordierit grog.
