as of 15. 12. 2009 the companies of REFRAVIT GROUP, a.s. (Reframo Kadaň, s.r.o., Keravit Ostrava, spol. s r.o.) and Moravské keramické závody, a.s., Rájec-Jestřebí are officially operating as one. The merger came into force on an appointed date of 01. 05. 2009 and resulted into establishment of a new single business entity

Annoucement of the Management change

Ing. Milan Čvanda has been discharged from the position of General Manager and Chairman of the Board as of 30 June 2010. This offíce is to be taken by the current Commercial Director, Ing. Kamil Holenda, slarting from 1 July 2010.
